Sorting and purifying
High-end sensor technology for maximum granulate purity
For the manufacture and processing of plastic, one thing is essential: purity. Minger uses a future-oriented inspection, analysis and sorting unit to ensure material purity at the very highest level. It is the first company worldwide to employ this technology in the recycling sector.
A scanner can check up to 500 kilograms of plastic granulate grain by grain for metallic and organic impurities under clean-room conditions. Using an intelligent combination of X-ray and optical technology, the pellets are checked 100 per cent for purity – outside and inside – with contaminated granulate being reliably sorted out. Nearly all kinds of plastic can be checked and sorted – including both recycled granulate and new material.

X-ray and camera technology on demand
For manufacturers of plastic parts, dealers, regranulating and compounding companies which want to fulfil increasingly high quality standards without having to invest themselves in inspection, analysis and sorting units, Minger offers this service on demand. Nearly all kinds of plastic can be checked and sorted – including both recycled granulate and new material.
